Feeding & Lactation Support - Office Visit

Expert care that addresses the parent and baby as an interconnected unit—a 'dyad.' We go beyond basic tips to provide a functional, root-cause assessment of your feeding challenges. We support all forms of infant feeding; our goal is to validate and support your long-term feeding goals.

Feeding & Lactation Support - Virtual Visit

Receive the same functional, root-cause assessment of your feeding challenges from the comfort of your own home. Through our secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, we observe a full feed, assess latch, and triage oral function just as we would in the office. This visit is designed to provide a comprehensive, actionable care plan without the stress of travel.

Pediatric Bodywork - Office Visit

Our bodywork service utilizes a specialized blend of manual therapies such as Craniosacral Fascial Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point Therapy. We address structural restrictions that can impact feeding, sleep quality, and overall comfort. By releasing tension within the fascial system, bodywork helps your baby's body move and feed better.

Community Support - Office Visit

Our community services offer accessible support to bridge the gap between clinical consults. Our IBCLC intern will make a supervised assessment of your pumping setup to resolve pain and improve supply by providing precise flange sizing and evaluate your pump settings to prevent tissue trauma and maximize milk removal. We also offer drop-in weight checks for our established clients.

Functional & Integrative Nutrition

Whole-person healthcare that bridges the gap between conventional medicine and holistic healing. We use evidence-based natural therapies to treat the whole dyad—addressing everything from infant digestive comfort to maternal nervous system regulation and nutritional recovery.

Savannah helps mothers move from “surviving” to “thriving” by bridging the gap between emotional well-being and daily function. As a Maternal Health Occupational Therapist and Certified Postpartum Doula, she supports women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to care for themselves while caring for a baby. She’s adding more infant feeding support to her repertoire as a current intern with LuAnn & McKale towards her IBCLC.

Savannah helps you put healing into motion through action, routine, and sensory care. Healing is possible, and it doesn’t always have to start with words.

As a wife and mom of two lively girls, Savannah understands firsthand the mental, emotional, and physical demands of caregiving. She shows up for her clients with warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for the wisdom they already carry within.

McKale offers a truly unique approach to family wellness by treating the parent and baby as an intrinsic unit. As a triple-credentialed provider (LMT, IBCLC, and Nutritionist) with over 16 years of experience, she blends clinical lactation support with structural bodywork and integrative nutrition to support the whole family.

McKale’s philosophy is simple - Structure dictates function.

She helps families navigate feeding challenges not just by looking at the latch, but by addressing the underlying tension, oral function, and systemic health of the dyad. Her career was built on the road, traveling all over Georgia and Florida to bring clinical lactation and structural integration directly to families. Now settled in the North Atlanta area, she continues to serve her community with the same passion. She is a mom to two boys, whose own breastfeeding journeys provided the compassionate foundation for the career she loves today.
